We make it very easy for you! You just have to follow the steps below:
Conservation: it is advisable to change the water every day and to cut the stems of the bouquet of flowers a few millimeters so that they continue to absorb water.
Presentation: our bouquets will arrive at the selected address presented in a careful way in one of our boxes with a water bag for its conservation. All our packaging is plasticfree, recyclable and printed with vegetable-based inks.
Designs and types of flowers: all our designs will be faithful to our style, but the seasonal flowers of the moment will involve small adaptations and changes of composition. We like to respect the unique gesture that each flower has and that is why each design we create is different and special.
Payment: You will be charged automatically a few days before shipment. Remember that in your personal area you will be able to check the shipments and all the details of your subscription. You can also pause it, change the shipping address and payment methods.
Our year consists of 11 months, since we will be closed in August and we do not provide this service, so the monthly fee will not be charged that month.
what happens if i go on vacation?
If you do not wish to receive any shipments for a period of time, you can pause the subscription or change the shipping address to the address where you are by sending us an email at tienda@orangerieplants.com giving us one month’s notice.
can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, in your user area you can cancel your subscription one month before the next shipment, as long as you have been an active subscriber for more than 3 months.
Is there a minimum period to maintain the subscription?
If the minimum subscription period is 3 months. After the third shipment you can unsubscribe at any time in your user area.
Are bouquets delivered throughout the year?
We deliver weekly bouquets, except in the month of August, when due to the temperature, we cannot guarantee that the product will arrive in the conditions we like to work with.
what happens if i am not at the chosen address at the time of delivery?
If you are absent during the delivery, the courier will inform us and we will talk to you to arrange a second delivery the same day or the next day depending on availability.
can i change the type of subscription?
Yes, at any time you can change the type of subscription as well as reduce or extend its delivery frequency. You can do this through your personal area.
can i change the payment method?
You can update your payment method at any time. You can do this in your personal area where you can also manage any other aspect of your flower subscription.
Can I change the shipping address?
You can change the shipping address in your personal area.
If other rates apply to the change of address, we will inform you in advance.
Do you ship all over Spain?
We ship to all the Peninsula We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
can I choose the flowers?
The bouquets and subscription flowers are designed exclusively for each shipment, but if you wish to receive a specific one, do not hesitate to write to us at tienda@orangerieplants.com.
can i change the payment method?
